Channel Partners, LLC is hiring an Area Execution Manager to lead the execution of retail projects, including fixture installations, display builds, store remodels, and resets. You will coach field teams, partner with store leadership, and ensure work meets client standards, safety, and schedule.

The role requires regular market travel, occasional overnight trips, and the ability to read planograms and manage merchandising programs while maintaining high quality across locations.

Qualifications

• 2 years experience completing and leading electronic display builds and installation projects.
• Experience in planogram reset and/or merchandising.
• Experience leading, training, or directing the work of field associates.

Responsibilities

• Perform and oversee retail fixture installations and complex electronic display builds.
• Lead new store setups, remodels, and other large-scale retail projects.
• Execute and coordinate store resets, reflows, and merchandising programs.
• Partner with store management to resolve issues and ensure successful project outcomes.
• Ensure adherence to client specifications, quality standards, and safety protocols.
