Channel Partners is hiring an Area Execution Manager to lead in-store merchandising across the Tucson market. You will manage a team of associates, drive planogram compliance, and ensure high-quality, on-time project execution while traveling between stores.

The role requires 2+ years in retail merchandising, leadership experience, and the ability to operate safely with tools. A valid driver's license and willingness to travel are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail merchandising, fixture installation, electronic displays, resets, or equivalent field experience.
• Experience leading, training, or directing the work of field associates; formal or informal lead experience

Responsabilités

• Perform and oversee in-store merchandising activities in the assigned territory—resets, new-item cut-ins, planogram compliance, displays, fixture assembly and installation, signage, and inventory
• Direct the in-store team on assigned projects: communicate project instructions, sequence tasks on site, and inspect completed work against standards
• Serve as the in-market contact; build and maintain relationships with store management and client representatives
• Complete accurate, on-time project reporting (visit completion, photos, data) through mobile apps; verify reporting accuracy
• Plan efficient daily travel between stores to meet project timelines
• Enforce safety standards on site; verify proper use of tools and stop unsafe conditions
• Escalate coverage gaps, staffing needs, and client/store issues promptly
• Lead the in-store team to complete projects on time and with quality
• Train, coach, and demonstrate merchandising, installation, and safety standards
• Contribute input on associate performance and onboarding as requested
