Job summary

Fanatics is seeking a Retail Associate in Minneapolis to deliver outstanding fan experiences during game nights and events. You will greet fans, make recommendations, process transactions with the Fanatics POS, and keep the sales floor organized to ensure a seamless shopping experience.

The role emphasizes teamwork, adaptability in a fast-paced environment, and presenting a professional Fanatics image. A high school diploma and availability for evenings, weekends, and home games are preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Previous retail, customer service, or hospitality experience preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, holidays, home games, and special events.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout scheduled shifts, as well as lift, carry, and move merchandise weighing up to 25 pounds.
• Maintain a professional appearance and represent the Fanatics brand positively.
