Pilotcompany is seeking a maintenance associate at our travel center to uphold clean, welcoming facilities and support guest needs. This role covers cleaning, towel handling, small repairs, and trash removal to ensure a first-rate guest experience.

The position requires physical endurance, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and flexibility for nights, days, weekends, and holidays. A team-focused mindset helps deliver reliable service in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Able to lift 50 pounds and walk/stand most of the day.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including nights, days, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining overall cleanliness of the store.
• Cleaning showers and restroom facilities.
• Washing, loading, and unloading towels for showers.
• Performing general repair/maintenance of the store.
• Picking up and taking all trash around travel center.
• Provide excellent guest service through well-maintained facilities.
