Job summary

Pilot Company in the United States is seeking a Facility Services team member to keep travel centers clean, welcoming, and well‑maintained for every guest. You will handle store cleanliness, showers and restrooms, towels, and general maintenance while delivering excellent guest service.

The role requires lifting up to 50 pounds and a flexible schedule including nights, days, weekends, and holidays; prior experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Self-motivated and able to work as part of a team.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand most of the day.
• Flexible schedule including nights, days, weekends, and holidays.
• Experience in a similar position is preferred.
• Knowledge of industrial equipment and ability to fix small problems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining overall cleanliness of the store.
• Cleaning showers and restroom facilities.
• Washing, loading, and unloading towels for showers.
• Performing general repair/ maintenance of the store.
• Picking up and taking all trash around travel center.
• Provide excellent guest service through well-maintained facilities.
