Job summary

Pilotcompany is seeking a motivated individual to join our travel center team as a Facility Attendant. You will keep the store clean, maintain showers and restrooms, handle towels, and perform light repairs to ensure a safe, welcoming environment for guests.

The role emphasizes guest service, teamwork, and reliability, with a flexible schedule that may include nights, days, weekends, and holidays. Prior experience in similar roles is a plus.

Qualifications

• Highly motivated self-starters.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Able to lift 50 pounds and walk/stand most of the day.
• Flexible schedule including nights, days, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining overall cleanliness of the store
• Cleaning showers and restroom facilities
• Washing, loading, and unloading towels for showers
• Performing general repair/ maintenance of the store
• Picking up and taking all trash around travel center
• Provide excellent guest service through well-maintained facilities
