Job summary

Pilot Company is seeking a Facility Services team member to help maintain clean facilities at our travel centers in the United States. You will contribute to a welcoming guest experience by ensuring showers, restrooms, and common areas are tidy and well-stocked.

Responsibilities include cleaning showers, washing towels, basic repairs, trash removal, and delivering friendly, front-line service. Weekly pay and comprehensive benefits are offered to eligible team members.

Qualifications

• Highly motivated self-starters.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Able to lift 50 pounds and walk/stand most of the day.
• Flexibility to work nights, days, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Maintain overall cleanliness of the store.
• Clean showers and restroom facilities.
• Wash, load, and unload towels for showers.
• Perform general repair/ maintenance of the store.
• Pick up and take out all trash around travel center.
• Provide excellent guest service through well-maintained facilities.
