Job summary

Pilot Company is seeking a service-oriented team member to maintain cleanliness across travel centers and provide excellent guest experiences. You will assist with showers, restrooms, towels, and general store upkeep in a fast-paced travel center setting.

The role requires lifting up to 50 pounds and a flexible schedule including nights, days, weekends, and holidays. Training and growth opportunities are available within the travel centers and restaurant sections.

Qualifications

• Highly motivated self-starters.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Able to lift 50 pounds and walk/stand most of the day.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule of nights, days, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining overall cleanliness of the store
• Cleaning showers and restroom facilities
• Washing, loading, and unloading towels for showers
• Performing general repair/ maintenance of the store
• Picking up and taking all trash around travel center
• Provide excellent guest service through well-maintained facilities
