Pilot Company is seeking teammates to help keep our travel centers clean and inviting. You will maintain facilities, assist guests, and support a fast-paced team in a friendly, customer-focused environment.

Responsibilities include cleaning, restocking, and light maintenance while delivering excellent guest service. This role offers opportunities for growth across travel centers and restaurants within Pilot Company.

Qualifications

• Must be a highly motivated self-starter with a strong work ethic.
• Able to work well in a team and contribute to a positive guest experience.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for long periods.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule including nights, days, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Maintain overall cleanliness of the travel center and facilities.
• Clean showers and restroom facilities.
• Wash, load, and unload towels for showers.
• Perform general repair/maintenance tasks around the travel center.
• Greet guests and provide excellent service while upholding brand standards.
