CyberCoders is seeking a Commercial Facilities Technician to maintain and repair retail spaces, focusing on carpentry across interior, exterior, and finish applications. This role supports tenant improvements and performs routine facility maintenance to keep stores safe and attractive.

Responsibilities include framing, trim, storefront repairs, tenant improvements, and coordinating with property managers to minimize downtime.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Commercial Facilities Technician in retail or commercial properties.
• Strong carpentry skills across interior, exterior, and finish projects.
• Ability to read and interpret basic blueprints and scopes.
• Experience coordinating with vendors, contractors, and property managers.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel between sites.
• Commitment to safety and familiarity with OSHA guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Perform interior carpentry tasks including framing, trim, doors, and cabinetry to support store interiors.
• Execute exterior carpentry like fascia, siding, and storefront repairs while maintaining building envelopes.
• Complete tenant improvements and remodels per plans and timelines.
• Provide accurate time and materials estimates for repairs and small projects.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and property managers to ensure safety and compliance.
• Maintain records of work performed and materials used.
