Eleven Western Builders, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Service Technician in California to perform a variety of carpentry and handyman tasks, install fixtures and decor, and troubleshoot issues to provide long-term solutions.

You will read blueprints, follow job specs, and ensure safety and quality in a fast-paced environment. The role requires 5+ years in maintenance, 3+ years in commercial construction, and 3+ years in retail carpentry, with the ability to travel to sites and work extended

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ maintenance experience required.
• 3+ years commercial construction experience required.
• 3+ years retail carpentry experience required.
• Able to read blueprints and construction methods.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance tasks and basic handyman work.
• Install retail fixtures, railings, doors, cabinetry and décor packages.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues and provide long-term solutions.
• Maintain clean, organized and safe work areas.
