Job summary

Kroger is seeking a Facility Maintenance Technician in Green Bay, WI to perform commercial carpentry and maintenance tasks across assigned stores. You will repair doors, windows, flooring, ceilings, and cabinetry while ensuring accuracy in reporting and adherence to safety standards.

This role requires lifting capabilities, teamwork, and flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays. Strong communication and PC skills with experience in Windows XP, Excel, Outlook, and Kroger mainframe apps

Qualifications

• Ability to lift at least 25 lbs.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
• Flexibility to handle varying assignments, including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Excellent communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Perform carpentry tasks and repairs within assigned stores.
• Submit accurate time reporting and vehicle inventory by scheduled dates.
• Conduct preventive maintenance at least twice per year.
• Ensure maintenance expenses stay within annual budgets.
