Job summary
SpawGlass is seeking a Facilities Technician to support fast-paced field operations on commercial construction, maintenance, renovation and light expansion projects. You will perform carpentry tasks including light framing, interior and exterior finishes, selective demolition, door hardware installation, and general facility improvements.
Reading plans, coordinating with project teams, and delivering quality craftsmanship with safety on site are essential.
Qualifications
- Experience as carpenter or technician on commercial construction or renovation projects.
- Strong skills in light framing, finish installation, selective demolition, and repair-focused tasks.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, measurements, and specifications.
- Strong attention to detail, craftsmanship, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to lift heavy materials and work in a physically demanding, fast-paced field environment with frequent task changes.
- Valid driver's license.
