Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in commercial construction, retail construction, facilities management, or service management.
• Strong background in retail facilities management, construction, and building maintenance.
• Hands-on ServiceChannel experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day retail facilities, maintenance, service, and repair operations across multiple locations.
• Receive, review, prioritize, and assign facility service work orders through ServiceChannel.
• Monitor work orders from dispatch through completion and closeout.
• Coordinate subcontractors, technicians, vendors, and field personnel.
• Review scopes of work, service requests, estimates, proposals, and invoices.
• Dispatch appropriate vendors based on location, trade, urgency, qualifications, and availability.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, property managers, vendors, subcontractors, and field teams.
• Track service response times, completion deadlines, costs, and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure vendors provide accurate documentation, photos, proposals, invoices, and completion reports.
• Review completed work for quality, scope compliance, and customer requirements.
• Identify recurring facility issues and recommend preventative maintenance or corrective solutions.
• Assist with vendor sourcing, qualification, onboarding, and performance management.
• Negotiate pricing and review vendor proposals to ensure competitive costs.
• Monitor facilities budgets and control maintenance and service-related expenses.
• Communicate facility, maintenance, and service updates to clients and internal leadership.
• Resolve escalated facility and service issues quickly and professionally.
• Ensure all work complies with applicable safety requirements, building codes, client standards, and company procedures.
• Maintain accurate facilities records and documentation within ServiceChannel and other company systems.
• Coordinate emergency and after-hours facility service when required.
• Support multiple retail clients and locations simultaneously while maintaining service-level expectations.
• Help develop and maintain preventative maintenance programs to reduce facility downtime and recurring repairs.
