Job summary

The Maggiore Group is seeking a hands-on Facilities & Maintenance Coordinator to oversee day-to-day upkeep of its restaurant locations and warehouse in the Scottsdale area. You will perform routine repairs, manage supplies, and coordinate external tradespeople on larger projects with professionalism and reliability.

This role requires strong reliability, good judgment, and clear communication as you supervise contractors, track maintenance activity, ensure safety compliance, and report progress

Qualifications

• Reliable hands-on maintenance experience across multiple locations.
• Ability to coordinate with external tradespeople and manage contractor work.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine repairs across locations (fixtures, hardware, plumbing, electrical, doors, equipment).
• Conduct facility walkthroughs to identify maintenance needs before issues arise.
• Maintain tools and inventory of common parts; document repairs and contractor work.
• Drive company vehicle to transport supplies between warehouse and restaurant locations.
• Source, schedule and supervise licensed tradesmen for major repairs and installations.
• Communicate project status and issues to the Director of Strategic Initiatives.
• Ensure safety standards and compliance across locations.
