Job summary

Publix Super Markets in Summerville, SC is seeking a Retail Maintenance Coordinator to perform repairs and maintenance of store equipment and systems, coordinate and oversee contractors, and support corporate projects across multiple trades.

The role requires an associate degree in a construction-related field or equivalent experience, at least two years of maintenance experience, and willingness to travel and be on call for emergencies.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent experience in a construction-related or analytical field.
• Minimum 2 years general maintenance experience across trades listed.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and be on call 24/7.
• Ability to travel, including overnight, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs and maintenance of store equipment and systems.
• Evaluate, schedule, coordinate, and oversee maintenance contractors.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously for retail facilities.
• Assist with corporate projects and report to the Divisional Maintenance Supervisor.
