Job summary

Stanton Optical is looking for enthusiastic Sales Consultants to create a smooth and memorable eyewear-buying experience for customers in-store. You will guide customers through our promotions, help them select frames and lenses, and ensure orders are fulfilled on time.

This role emphasizes friendly customer service, achieving sales goals, and maintaining brand standards in a fast-paced retail environment. Experience in optics is a plus, with opportunities for growth and benefits.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of proven track record of delivering outstanding customer service while exceeding sales goals in a fast paced retail environment.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and be flexible with changing business needs in a team environment.
• Skills necessary to communicate effectively with a diverse group of people.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and customers as they enter the store and identify needs to provide an easy and memorable experience.
• Assist customers to choose eyewear that fits budget and eye care needs.
• Troubleshoot and identify problems related to prescriptions.
• Resolve customer complaints and provide solutions to remedy situations.
• Attain sales goals while complying with company and local policies and procedures.
• Maintain brand standards through housekeeping and safety compliance.
• Help edge lenses, assemble into frames, and ensure timely delivery.
