Job summary

Stanton Optical is hiring a Sales Consultant in the United States. You will greet customers, assess eyewear needs, and guide selections that fit budget and care requirements. You’ll resolve prescription issues, address complaints, and strive to meet sales goals while upholding store policies and safety standards.

The role involves assisting with eyewear repairs, lens edging, and timely deliveries, in a dynamic team environment focused on growth and exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of proven customer service and sales in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Ability to multitask and adapt to changing business needs in a team setting.
• Strong communication with a diverse customer base.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and customers entering the store and identify needs.
• Help customers choose eyewear within budget and eye care requirements.
• Troubleshoot prescription-related issues and provide solutions.
• Resolve customer complaints and diffuse upset patients, offering effective remedies.
• Aim to meet sales goals while following company and store policies.
• Follow quality standards including OSHA and safety requirements.
• Maintain brand standards in the store and assist with housekeeping when needed.
• Assist with simple repairs, frame assembly, and edging lenses for timely delivery.
• Ensure lab area meets brand standards and report equipment issues to management.
• Track delivery times to patients to ensure on-time fulfillment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
