Qualifications

• 1+ year of proven track record delivering outstanding customer service and exceeding sales goals in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and be flexible with changing business needs in a team.
• Strong communication skills with diverse groups of people.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers entering the store and identify needs to provide an easy, memorable experience.
• Help customers select eyewear that matches budget and eye care needs.
• Troubleshoot prescription problems and resolve complaints.
• Meet sales goals while complying with policies and procedures.
• Maintain brand standards and basic housekeeping as needed.
• Assist in repairs, lens edging, and timely delivery of eyewear.
• Report equipment issues and ensure orders are accurate and on time.
