Job summary

Stanton Optical is seeking motivated Sales Consultants to deliver an easy and memorable eyewear shopping experience. You will guide customers through our sales process and help fulfill eyewear needs with integrity and customer focus.

In this fast-paced retail role, you’ll work toward individual sales goals while enjoying comprehensive benefits, competitive commissions, and opportunities for growth. Previous optical experience is a plus, but not required.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of proven customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and be flexible with changing business needs.
• Strong communication skills with diverse customers.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in-store and identify eyewear needs to provide a memorable experience.
• Assist customers in selecting eyewear within budget and care requirements.
• Troubleshoot prescription-related issues and resolve complaints.
• Achieve sales goals while following store policies and procedures.
• Maintain OSHA and safety standards and basic housekeeping in the store.
