Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers on the sales floor to deliver the best experience.
• Drive sales through engagement, suggestive selling, and product knowledge.
• Maintain a neat, organized sales floor per BYLT guidelines.
• Inform clientele of current promotions and future merchandise.
• Respond to customer questions and concerns.
• Process payments via cash, gift cards, store credit, or cards.
• Escalate security issues to management as needed.
• Assist with inventory, receiving and stocking merchandise.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
