Shinola, a Detroit-based luxury design brand, is hiring for a Retail Key Holder in Auburn Hills, MI. You will deliver exceptional guest experiences, lead store experience standards, and manage customer relationships using Sales Force.

The role includes coaching, training, and ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures. Compensation is hourly, with potential monthly bonuses and benefits such as PTO, health plans, and a 401(k) match.

Responsibilities

• Exceed revenue targets by delivering consistent guest experience and executing Brand Experience standards in store and during appointments.
• Lead experience standards in stores through coaching and development; motivate team using KPIs.
• Maintain customer relationships using Sales Force with in-depth information capture and detailed client profiles; execute brand outreach strategies.
