Job summary

On is seeking a Lead Store Advisor to leverage leadership skills to drive sales, mentor Store Advisors, and maintain operational excellence across our retail environments. You will supervise customer interactions, optimize inventory, execute visual merchandising plans, and collaborate with store leadership, IT, and facilities to ensure a premium shopping experience.

The role requires 2–3 years in retail operations, at least one year leading teams, and a passion for fashion, sports, or outlet

Qualifications

2–3 years of experience in retail operations or a customer-focused environment.
At least one year of experience leading teams, managing projects, or driving performance improvement initiatives.
Experience in the Outlet, Running, Fashion, or Sports industry is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with customers and inspire your team.
Ability to maintain visually appealing store displays.
Willingness to work weekends, evenings and holidays.
