Best Buy in Texas is seeking a Retail Experience Supervisor to lead a team and deliver standout customer experiences. You’ll focus on employee development, performance management and aligning store results with company goals.

You’ll guide daily operations, drive local performance, and help teammates grow through coaching. Candidates should have leadership experience or prior shift lead work, sales or customer service background, and flexibility to work holidays, nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• 1 year of leadership experience OR 6 months of experience as a Best Buy shift lead
• Previous experience in sales, customer service or related fields
• Ability to work successfully as part of a team
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights and weekends

• Maintain positive customer and employee experiences

• Provide positive experiences, skill development and performance management
• Lead efforts to maximize positive results or course-correct when needed
