Best Buy in Houston, TX is seeking a Retail Experience Supervisor to lead a team in delivering outstanding customer experiences and developing employees.

You will focus on employee development, performance management and aligning store results with company goals, while driving growth and improving outcomes.

Qualifications

• 1 year of leadership experience OR 6 months of experience as Best Buy shift lead.
• Previous experience in sales, customer service or related fields.
• Ability to work successfully as part of a team.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights and weekends.
• One year of consumer electronics industry experience (preferred).
• Prior experience setting retail sales goals (preferred).
