The Finish Line, Inc. is seeking an energetic Associate in Albuquerque to support daily store operations and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

You will help drive sales through effective merchandising, assist with inventory management, and maintain store standards in a fast-paced environment. Ideal candidates will have retail or similar experience, a customer-centric mindset, strong communication, and flexibility to work weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or similar role preferred.
• Customer-centric focus with ability to deliver outstanding service.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends/holidays.
• Basic math and comfort with POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Create an exceptional shopping experience by addressing customer needs and resolving issues.
• Drive store sales and profitability through effective merchandise management and promotions.
• Participate in daily operations: inventory, merchandising, shipments, fulfillment, and store upkeep.
• Collaborate with team to achieve sales and operational goals.
