The Finish Line in the United States is seeking an energetic Associate to assist with daily store operations and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will help shape the store’s success and contribute to our growth through hands-on merchandising, service, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or similar role with track record of sales targets (preferred).
• Passion for delivering outstanding customer service and memorable shopping experiences.
• Strong interpersonal skills; able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Basic math skills and familiarity with POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Create an exceptional customer experience by addressing needs and resolving issues.
• Drive store sales and profitability through merchandise management and promotions.
• Participate in daily operations: inventory, visual merchandising, shipments, and store maintenance.
• Collaborate with team to achieve store goals and follow policies including health & safety.
• Support additional duties and projects as needed.
