Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Customer Experience: Create an exceptional shopping experience by addressing customer needs, resolving issues, and ensuring high standards of customer service.
• Sales & Performance: Drive store sales and profitability through merchandise management, promotions, and targets.
• Operational Excellence: Inventory management, visual merchandising, shipments, order fulfillment, and store maintenance with health & safety compliance.
• Team Collaboration: Work with team to achieve store goals and follow policies.
• Additional duties as required.
