Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or relevant experience preferred.
• 0-2 years’ experience in sales, merchandising, marketing, or customer service encouraged to apply.
• Must be located in Grand Rapids, MI or willing to relocate at your own expense.
• Strong selling skills and ability to influence store/ownership personnel using data and problem solving.

Responsabilités

• Sales Growth and Merchandising: identify opportunities to grow base business, increase sales, optimize display space, and maintain customer service.
• Creative Display Management: install and maintain creative displays aligned with branding initiatives.
• Brand Ambassadorship: provide product knowledge and insights to store personnel and customers.
• Program Execution: execute sales programs and promotions, ensure compliance, maximize brand potential.
• Collaboration: work with Coca-Cola Merchandisers and Field team to execute plans and manage inventory.
• Customer Insights: report customer needs and competitive activities to internal teams.
• Territory Account Maintenance: manage date codes, plan-o-grams adherence, decals, and point-of-sale materials.
• Technology Utilization: use company tech for daily reporting and data-driven decisions.
