Job summary

The Coca-Cola Company is seeking a Retail Execution Specialist to amplify wholesale execution of Advanced Hydration brands in stores. You will handle merchandising, displays, and execution of promotions across a wide territory, engaging store teams and customers with strong product knowledge and data-driven selling.

The role requires travel in the United States, physical ability to lift 25–50 lbs, and a driver’s license. Relocation is not provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or relevant experience preferred.
• Entry-level applicants with 0-2 years in sales, merchandising, marketing, or customer service are encouraged to apply.
• Must be located in Londonderry, NH or willing to relocate at your own expense.
• Strong selling and influencing skills with data-driven selling, problem solving, and creative thinking.
• Self-motivated, able to work independently across a large territory and multitask.
• Strong interpersonal and time-management skills; able to communicate successes and opportunities across management levels.
• Entrepreneurial spirit and enthusiasm for our brands and their purpose.
• Ability to lift 25-50 lbs and perform in-store display work.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and willingness to drive across the territory.

Responsibilities

• Sales growth and merchandising: grow base business, increase sales, optimize display space, and maintain excellent customer service.
• Creative display management: install and maintain displays aligned with branding initiatives.
• Brand ambassadorship: interact with store personnel and consumers to share product knowledge and insights.
• Program execution: sell-in promotions, ensure customer compliance, and maximize brand potential.
• Collaboration: work with Coca-Cola Merchandisers and Field team to execute plans and manage inventory.
• Customer insights: report needs, problems, and competitive activities to inform improvements.
• Territory account maintenance: manage date codes, plan-o-gram adherence, decals, tags, and POS materials.
• Technology utilization: use daily reporting tools to derive insights for in-store success.
