Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or relevant experience preferred.
• 0-2 years in sales, merchandising, marketing, or customer service encouraged to apply.
• Must be located in Grand Rapids, MI or willing to relocate at your own expense.

Responsibilities

• Grow sales and merchandising, optimize displays, and ensure strong customer service.
• Assist with creative displays and in-store engagement to drive brand presence.
• Act as brand ambassador with knowledge transfer to store personnel and customers.
• Execute sales programs, promotions, and plan-o-grams.
• Collaborate with Coca-Cola Merchandisers and field teams to maintain inventory and displays.
• Gather customer insights and report needs to internal teams for improvements.
• Maintain territory accounts, check date codes, and manage point-of-sale materials.
• Use company tech for real-time reporting and derive insights for store success.
