The Coca-Cola Company is seeking a Retail Execution Specialist for the Advanced Hydration team in Atlanta. You will be the in-store ambassador, driving sales growth, executing programs, and enhancing brand presence across assigned accounts.

You will install creative displays, share product knowledge with store personnel, and collaborate with field teams to maintain inventory and POS materials. A sales-oriented, data-driven mindset is valued.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience preferred.
• 0–2 years’ experience in sales, merchandising, marketing, or customer service encouraged to apply.
• Must be located in Atlanta, GA or willing to relocate at your own expense.

Responsabilidades

• Drive sales growth and merchandising in assigned stores.
• Install and maintain creative displays aligned with branding.
• Act as brand ambassador with product knowledge and insights.
• Execute promotions and programs, ensuring compliance and optimal brand potential.
• Collaborate with Coca‑Cola Merchandisers and Field team to manage inventory and standards.
• Gather customer insights and report needs to internal teams for improvement.
• Maintain territory accounts, date codes, plan-ograms, and POS materials as needed.
• Use provided technology for real-time reporting and data-driven in-store decisions.
