Job summary

Crossmark Inc. is seeking a Retail Supervisor-Events in Dallas, TX to manage event execution, audit compliance, and staff coaching. The role involves supervising 10–50 employees, coordinating with store management, and ensuring Food Safety practices are observed during in-store events.

You will train Event Specialists, manage event kits and materials, monitor expenses, and drive on-date, weekend, and overall execution performance across assigned stores. English proficiency required.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree and/or Technical Diploma or one to two year’s related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to use a company-provided computer and mobile device applications and internal systems; proficient with MS Office Suite programs.
• A valid driver’s license is required; National Registry of Food and Safety certification within 30 days of employment if not already certified; Local Food Handlers permit if required.
• This position has direct supervisory responsibilities with approximately 10–50 employees.
• Work Environment: Retail Store environment. Local travel may be required.
• Physical Demands: stand, walk, lift up to 25 pounds (50 pounds demo), climb ladders, operate demo carts and appliances.
• Language Skills: English is the primary language; bilingual may be required.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, supervise and motivate employees to meet client expectations.
• Train Events Specialists on company processes, policies and responsibilities.
• Audit and coach to ensure quality execution and food safety practices.
• Coordinate with store management about events and execution.
• Serve as the point of contact for all events in the store and manage event kits and materials.
• Monitor payroll time entries and other expenses to control costs.
• Oversee event execution using daily/weekly scorecards and ensure on-date results.
