Job summary

Qualifications

• Education/Experience: Associate Degree and/or Technical Diploma or 1–2 years related experience or training.
• Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Office Suite and company systems.
• Certificates: Valid driver’s license; National Registry of Food Safety certification within 30 days if not already certified.
• Supervisory Responsibilities: Direct supervision of approximately 10–50 employees.
• Work Environment: Retail store environment with local travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, supervise and motivate employees to meet client expectations.
• Train Events Specialists on company processes and roles.
• Audit and coach to ensure quality event execution and food safety practices.
• Communicate with store management about events and outcomes.
• Handle event kits, materials and tools and support Event Specialists.
• Monitor payroll and expenses; manage event scorecards for on-date execution.
• Reschedule events to maximize on-date and weekend execution.
• Share competitive knowledge and best practices with the team.
• Maintain equipment and demonstrate appliances safely.
