Job summary

CROSSMARK Inc. is seeking a Retail Supervisor-Events to lead in-store event execution, recruit and coach a team of Event Specialists, and ensure quality standards including Food Safety compliance. You will audit performance, train staff, and coordinate with store management for successful in-store events.

The role requires supervising 10–50 employees, managing payroll and expenses, and maintaining a safe, organized demo kitchen. Local travel may be involved in this retail environment.

Qualifications

• Education/Experience: Associate Degree and/or Technical Diploma or 1–2 years related experience, or equivalent.
• Computer Skills: Proficient with MS Office Suite.
• Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: Valid driver’s license; Food Safety certification within 30 days.
• Supervisory Responsibilities: 10–50 employees supervised.
• Work Environment: Retail store; local travel may be required.
• Physical Demands: Able to stand, lift up to 50 lbs and perform demos.
• Language Skills: English required; bilingual may be needed.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, supervise and motivate employees to meet client expectations.
• Train Events Specialists on processes, policies and responsibilities.
• Audit and coach for quality event execution and food safety.
• Coordinate with store management on events and past event execution.
• Manage event kits, materials and tools; assist as needed.
