Job summary

Crossmark Inc. seeks an Associate to execute in-store food and non-food demonstrations with professionalism. You will acquire product knowledge, serve and sell to customers, and manage event execution equipment according to safety guidelines.

The role focuses on maintaining a professional appearance, coordinating with store personnel, and supporting client events while staying within the weekly 25-hour limit. Training and safety procedures are emphasized.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required or one to three months of related experience and/or training.
• Food Safety Professional Certification and local food handlers permit may be required.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain event equipment and supplies in designated backroom areas.
• Coordinate with store management about upcoming events and past event execution when Supervisors are absent.
• Be the point of contact for all in-store events and assist other Event Specialists with kits and tools.
• Provide leadership and product knowledge to the team.
