Job summary

As part of events, you will prepare materials, answer questions, and help customers locate merchandise, participating in store-wide celebrations and promotions. Training on food safety, etc., may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience in product demonstration preferred.

Responsibilities

• Connect with Customers, building loyalty through hospitality.
• Participate in total store events and create an atmosphere of celebration.
• Engage Customers with enthusiasm, sharing product knowledge and samples.
• Provide excellent customer service; answer product-related questions and help locate merchandise.
• Review educational materials and experiences products prior to events.
• Ensure all selling materials are printed and displayed to support engagement.
• Prepare, stage, execute, and close events including setup and scheduling.
