Job summary

Product Connections, a unit of Acosta Group, is seeking Lead Event Specialists to run in-store product demonstrations at Sam's Club. You will engage customers, share product benefits, and support event operations while developing leadership skills in a dynamic retail environment.

No prior demonstration experience is required as training is provided; you will gain hands-on experience, build relationships with store staff, and contribute to successful events.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in retail, customer service, food service, hospitality, product demos, or team leadership is a plus but not required.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Set up, execute, and break down in-store product demonstrations.
• Engage customers and communicate product features and benefits.
• Prepare and serve food samples while following food safety standards.
• Maintain demonstration equipment, supplies, and a clean work area.
• Support team members and act as in-store point of contact when a supervisor is unavailable.
• Build relationships with store personnel and assist client visits and audits.
• Complete required reporting, documentation, and event photos.
• Follow company policies and perform other duties as assigned.
