Job summary

Product Connections, a unit of Acosta Group, is seeking a hands-on Retail Supervisor to lead a team of Product Demonstrators inside Sam's Club locations. You will recruit, coach, and manage daily event execution to deliver exceptional customer experiences and measurable business results.

In this role, you will oversee staffing, training, performance reviews, and compliance while partnering with store leadership.

Qualifications

Leadership or supervisory experience including hiring, scheduling, and performance management.
Strong communication, coaching, and leadership skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and technology systems.
Food Safety Certification required within 30 days of hire (where applicable).
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds (occasional 50).

Responsibilities

Hire, train, coach, and develop Product Demonstrators.
Lead day-to-day event execution and ensure quality and compliance standards are met.
Monitor team performance, attendance, scheduling, and event execution metrics.
Conduct coaching sessions, audits, and performance reviews.
Serve as the primary point of contact for store leadership.
Manage reporting, payroll accuracy, expenses, and operational compliance.
Maintain equipment, food safety, and workplace safety standards.
Build strong partnerships with store leadership and internal support teams.
Perform other duties as assigned.
