Job summary

Product Connections, a division of Acosta Group, is hiring a Retail Supervisor to lead a team of Product Demonstrators inside Sam's Club locations. You will hire, train, coach, and develop staff, oversee event execution, ensure quality and compliance, and partner with store leadership to drive results.

The role requires strong communication, coaching, and leadership, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Leadership or supervisory experience including hiring, scheduling, and performance management.
• Strong communication, coaching, and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and technology systems.
• Valid driver’s license is required.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, coach, and develop Product Demonstrators.
• Lead day-to-day event execution and ensure quality and compliance standards are met.
• Monitor team performance, attendance, scheduling, and event execution metrics.
• Conduct coaching sessions, audits, and performance reviews.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for store leadership.
• Manage reporting, payroll accuracy, expenses, and operational compliance.
• Maintain equipment, food safety, and workplace safety standards.
• Build strong partnerships with store leadership and internal support teams.
