Job summary

Excelerate is seeking a hands-on Retail ERP Consultant to support a major ERP consolidation for multiple retail units. You will assess, design, and implement changes to move from separate ERP environments to a centralized platform, with emphasis on NCR Power HQ/Retalix HQ or comparable systems.

You’ll lead data migration, manage integrations with POS, finance, ecommerce, and EDI, and work across cross-functional teams to deliver a consolidated operating model.

Qualifications

• Deep ERP implementation experience in retail environments.
• Strong understanding of retail merchandising processes (item management, vendor mgmt, merchandising hierarchies).
• Experience with ERP data migration—mapping, conversion, validation, reconciliation.
• Experience integrating ERP with POS, finance, ecommerce, and EDI systems.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive solution design and migration decisions.

Responsibilities

• Assess current ERP design and readiness for consolidation.
• Recommend and implement config/design changes for centralized ERP platform.
• Lead ERP configuration across retail areas (POS, finance, ecommerce, EDI).
• Plan and execute data migration including mapping, conversion, validation, reconciliation.
• Assess integrations and redesigns to support a consolidated operating model.
• Collaborate with technology and program leadership throughout the initiative.
• Provide hands-on expertise from assessment through migration and implementation.
