Job summary

Excelerate is seeking a hands-on Retail ERP Consultant in the San Diego area to support a major ERP consolidation across multiple retail units. You will assess current ERP design, migrate data, and modify integrations to enable a centralized platform.

Prior NCR Power HQ/Retalix HQ experience is a plus. You will lead or support ERP configuration and data migration efforts across item setup, vendor management, and merchandising hierarchies, working with business and technology leaders to deliver a

Qualifications

Deep experience with ERP implementation in a retail environment.
Strong understanding of retail ERP and merchandising processes.
Experience with data migration, mapping, validation, and reconciliation.
Experience evaluating ERP environments and identifying required configuration or design changes.

Responsibilities

Assess current ERP environment and design for consolidation.
Recommend and implement changes to centralize multiple units on one ERP platform.
Lead or support ERP configuration across retail areas (item/vendor management, merchandising hierarchies).
Plan and execute data migration from legacy ERP environments (mapping, conversion, validation).
Assess and modify integrations between ERP and POS, finance, ecommerce, and vendor EDI.
Identify redesign needs to support a consolidated operating model.
Partner with technology and program leadership; provide hands-on ERP design and migration guidance.
