lululemon is seeking an Educator to deliver world-class guest experiences in our retail stores. You will educate guests on product benefits, guide purchases, and help maintain a luxury store environment while moving across the floor to assist guests and support operations.

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must have ability to travel to assigned store with own transportation
• Willing to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Education: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Interact with guests to ensure a great guest experience
• Provide technical product education by articulating the value and benefit of the product
• Facilitate a seamless end-to-end guest experience with accurate and timely transactions and omnichannel programs
• Move dynamically on the floor to engage with guests and attend to store needs
• Receive guest feedback and partner with store leadership to take action and make it right
• Collaborate with team members to ensure optimal guest experience and support store operations
