Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the country of the store location.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Right to Work documentation as required by local regulations (EMEA and local rules).
• Must have the ability to travel to the assigned store with own transportation.

Responsibilities

• Interact with guests to ensure a great guest experience that respects guests’ time.
• Assess guests’ needs to provide customized purchase and return solutions.
• Provide technical product education by articulating product value and benefits.
• Facilitate seamless end-to-end guest transactions and omnichannel programs per standards.
• Move dynamically on the floor to engage guests and address store needs.
• Receive guest feedback and partner with store leadership to take action.
