Job summary

lululemon is hiring an Educator to deliver world-class guest experiences in our retail stores. You will educate guests on products, engage with the community, and support store operations with a service-first mindset.

Responsibilities include guiding purchases, leveraging omnichannel options, and staying adaptable in a fast-paced luxury retail environment. This role requires flexibility and a passion for making guests feel welcome.

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the country where the store is located.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have the ability to travel to assigned store with own transportation methods.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests to provide a world-class guest experience and customize solutions.
• Provide technical product education and articulate product value and benefits.
• Facilitate seamless end-to-end guest transactions and omnichannel options.
• Move dynamically on the floor to assist guests and attend to store needs.
• Gather guest feedback and partner with leadership to make it right.
