Educators are experts in creating world-class customer service, or guest experience, in our retail stores. You will share top-quality product education, guide guests through purchases and returns, and support store operations and omnichannel programs.

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the store's country
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• EMEA local requirements (if applicable)

Responsibilities

• Interact with guests to ensure a great guest experience and respect guests' time
• Provide technical product education and articulate benefits of products
• Conduct accurate transactions and support omnichannel programs (buy online, pickup in store, ship from store)
• Move dynamically on the floor to engage guests and support store needs
• Receive guest feedback and partner with leadership to make it right
