Job summary

lululemon in the United States is seeking an Educator to deliver world-class guest service in our retail stores. You will engage guests, share product education, and speak authentically about our community and culture.

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the country in which the store is located
• Must be 18 years or older
• Must have proof of the Right to Work and related local requirements (EMEA only)
• Must have ability to travel to assigned store with own transportation
• Willing to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Willing to work in an environment with bright lights and loud music
• Willing to move through a store and lift boxes up to 30 lbs

Responsibilities

• Interact with guests to ensure a great guest experience in a manner that values guests’ time
• Assess guests’ needs to provide customized purchase and return solutions
• Provide technical product education by articulating the value and benefit of the product
• Facilitate seamless end-to-end guest transactions and omnichannel programs
• Move dynamically on the floor to engage with guests and attend to store needs
• Receive guest feedback and partner with store leadership to make it right
