The position drives guest engagement and supports store operations through on-floor interaction and omnichannel initiatives. The role requires welcoming guests, assessing needs, and executing transactions while maintaining a luxury environment and abiding by safety policies.

Qualifications

• Minimum requirement is delivering world-class guest service and a positive store experience.
• Ability to communicate product education and benefits clearly to guests.
• Willingness to engage with guests and support store operations.

Responsibilities

• Interact with guests to ensure a great guest experience that respects their time.
• Assess guest needs to provide customized purchase and return solutions.
• Provide technical product education by articulating product value and benefits.
• Facilitate end-to-end guest experiences with omnichannel programs (buy online/pick up in store, ship from store).
• Move dynamically on the floor to engage with guests and attend to store needs.
• Receive guest feedback and partner with leadership to make improvements.
