Job summary

lululemon Broadway Plaza is seeking an Educator to deliver world-class guest experiences, share top-quality product education, and connect with the community. This role will engage guests, guide them through purchases, and support seamless store operations in a luxury environment.

The Educator collaborates with team members, maintains product presentation, and adheres to safety and company policies while contributing to a positive store culture and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the store location.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• EMEA note: required rights to work and local requirements (where applicable).
• Must have ability to travel to assigned store with own transportation methods.

Responsibilities

• Create world-class guest service and experience in-store.
• Provide product education and articulate value of products.
• Conduct accurate guest transactions and support omnichannel programs.
• Move dynamically on the floor to engage guests and attend to store needs.
• Receive guest feedback and work with leadership to resolve issues.
• Collaborate with team to ensure optimal guest experience and store operations.
• Restock and present products according to company standards.
• Use in-store technology to support operations and maintain store cleanliness.
