Job summary

lululemon is seeking a dedicated Educator to deliver world-class guest service in our retail stores. You will engage guests, educate on products, and share our community and culture authentically.

As the foundation of our store experience, Educators will partner with leadership to ensure an inclusive, high-energy environment while supporting store operations and guest satisfaction daily.

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the country where the store is located.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have the Right to Work evidence (EMEA only).
• Must be able to travel to the assigned store.

Responsibilities

• Interact with guests to ensure a great guest experience in a manner that values guests’ time.
• Assess guests’ needs to provide customized, effective purchase and return solutions and support.
• Provide technical product education by articulating the value and benefit of the product.
• Facilitate a seamless end-to-end guest experience by conducting accurate guest transactions and omnichannel programs.
• Move dynamically on the floor to engage with guests and store needs.
• Receive guest feedback and partner with leadership to make it right.
